60-Day Free Trial
We’re confident you’ll love your HighWand™. That’s why we offer a 60-day free trial for eligible devices.
If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your HighWand™ within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
- How to start a return: Contact us at help@highwand.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, you’ll have 14 days to ship the product back to us.
- To qualify for a refund: The product must be returned with all original packaging, instructions, and accessories, and be in good working condition (normal wear and tear accepted).
- Products must be shipped from a U.S. address (return shipping labels are provided for U.S. orders only).
- If you choose to use your own shipping carrier, please share the tracking information. Additional shipping costs are not refundable.
Returns will be inspected upon arrival. If any parts are missing, dirty, or damaged, a partial refund may be issued.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after we receive your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (it may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank).
Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned through the original seller.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All HighWand™ devices purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- What’s covered: The HighWand™ handle and all internal malfunctions (not caused by misuse or accidents). Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

What’s not covered: Glass electrodes are not covered if broken after delivery.
If a glass electrode arrives broken or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos for assessment. We’ll replace it at no cost if the damage occurred during shipping. - If you experience a malfunction with your HighWand™ handle or believe your device is defective within one year, please contact our support team at help@highwand.com with your order information and a description (photos/videos if possible) of the issue.
Damaged or Missing Items on Arrival
- Take photos of the shipping box, shipping label, and all items received.
- Email our support team at help@highwand.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll quickly arrange a replacement if your claim is approved.
Delivered, Not Received
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately. We may require a new secure shipping address and signature confirmation for replacements.
