Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Missed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or picking up your package. If your package is returned to us, please contact us to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
